I am a fully trained, qualified and insured massage therapist based in Waterlooville in Hampshire and my study and interest in holistic therapies began with Reflexology in 1997.

Now, 14 years later, I'm still amazed by what I find and see on people's feet. These are nature's clues (usually undetected by traditional medicine) to what is really going on within their bodies. 

Intrigued by what our bodies can tell us when we learn to listen to them, I went on to train in Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage and Seated Acupressure Chair Massage.

I am a firm believer in looking at why an ailment has occurred, not just treating the symptoms. The human body is a great self-healer if given the chance.

All clients can be assured of a professional and confidential massage and reflexology service in comfortable, relaxed surroundings. I work mainly from within my treatment room at home which offers you the opportunity to completely unwind and relax. My clients come from Portsmouth and the surrounding areas and I will travel to people that are housebound within a 20 mile radius.

I also work with local businesses such as offices, shops and factories (some of the most stressful environments) to bring pleasant relief to the working day in the form of a 15 minute Seated Acupressure Chair Massage.  My portable ergonomic massage chair is brought to your place of work and the treatment is carried out without disruption.
